Birth Choice is a pro-life, nonprofit, Christian pregnancy clinic with centers in Jackson and Trenton, TN and a Mobile Clinic that services Hardeman, Haywood, Fayette, Henderson, and Hardin Counties. We seek to empower women and men in West TN to choose life for their babies and eternal life in Christ.
This year we expanded our ministry to include a mobile clinic that provides free ultrasound and pregnancy testing to women in Hardeman, Haywood, and Fayette Countes. In early 2021 we will expand our reach to Henderson County (Lexington) and Hardin County (Savannah). Watch this video to learn more!

When Angie (pseudonym) laid on our exam table for her ultrasound she promptly pulled down her baseball cap in order to shield her eyes from seeing anything on the display. Seeing her do this the volunteer nurse commented, “Oh look, she’s sucking her thumb.” Slowly Angie raised her head and lifted her cap. After staring at the display for a while tears filled her eyes and she said, “I want my baby.”
Choosing Life During a Pandemic
A couple came to our Trenton office in March. Although they were excited when they first found out they were pregnant they started considering abortion when the pandemic started and things began to look more and more uncertain. But as a result of of seeing their baby on the ultrasound and learning about their options at Birth Choice, they chose life after all!
